Carwah is a prominent digital car rental platform operating in Saudi Arabia. Established in 2018, the company connects over 120,000 cars and 1,300 rental offices across 45 cities and airports. Carwah focuses on providing simple, fast, and accessible mobility solutions through an intuitive platform that facilitates car bookings. The company has also implemented cloud yards to enhance car rental logistics, expedite delivery, and scale operations for its rental partners, referred to as Allies. As Saudi Arabia progresses towards Vision 2030, Carwah aims to expand its tech-enabled mobility solutions across the GCC and beyond.

The Role of Operations Supervisor

Carwah is seeking an Operations Supervisor to manage the full operational and booking lifecycle. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires 1-3 years of relevant experience. The supervisor will oversee daily operations, lead a team, and ensure efficient service delivery within the car rental platform.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete operation and booking lifecycle, from reservation intake through vehicle handover, active rental, and return/close-out.
Lead and supervise a team of operations staff and coordinators, including shift planning, task delegation, and day-to-day performance management.
Monitor and troubleshoot booking issues in real time, resolving delays, conflicts, or customer escalations.
Track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as booking turnaround time, fleet utilization, on-time delivery/pickup rate, customer satisfaction, and cancellation/no-show rate.
Prepare and deliver regular operational reports to management, highlighting trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
Coordinate with fleet, customer support, and partner/rental office teams to ensure smooth handoffs and vehicle availability.
Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Train, coach, and onboard new team members on established procedures and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and service-level agreements (SLAs).

Qualifications and Experience

1-3 years of experience in an operations role, preferably within the car rental or logistics sector.
Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage real-time operational challenges.
Proficiency in tracking KPIs and preparing operational reports.
Experience in process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple internal and external teams.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a dynamic environment focused on enhancing tech-enabled mobility solutions.
