Operation Supervisor

About the Role

Ninja (quick-commerce) is seeking an Operation Supervisor to oversee daily delivery operations and manage driver performance in Jeddah, Makkah Province. This full-time role requires a proactive and results-driven individual to ensure operational efficiency and maintain high service standards across all delivery activities.

Role Purpose

The Operation Supervisor will be responsible for leading driver teams and implementing strategies to drive continuous improvement in delivery operations. The role focuses on optimizing performance, resolving operational challenges, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily driver operations and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as orders per shift, on-time delivery rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage driver performance, implement improvement plans, and recognize top performers.
• Plan and assign shifts to ensure full route coverage and smooth operational handovers.
• Coordinate with dispatch teams to optimize driver allocation and overall operational efficiency.
• Provide coaching and support, and resolve operational issues and escalations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and branding standards.
• Prepare performance reports and collaborate with internal teams to enhance service quality.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in operations supervision, preferably within a delivery or quick-commerce environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage daily operational tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor KPIs and drive performance improvements.

Work Environment and Conditions

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah Province. The role involves working in a dynamic quick-commerce environment, requiring adaptability and a focus on operational excellence.
