Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial Consultant

About the Role

Ejada is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial Consultant to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves supporting and leading Oracle Financials implementation, enhancement, transformation, and support projects for enterprise clients. The consultant will work closely with various stakeholders to design, configure, implement, test, and support Oracle Fusion Financials solutions, ensuring compliance with business and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery workshops and gather business and finance requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze current-state and target-state finance processes, recommending Oracle Fusion best-practice solutions.
• Configure and support Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), Fixed Assets (FA), and Subledger Accounting (SLA).
• Design and configure enterprise structures, ledgers, legal entities, business units, charts of accounts, accounting calendars, currencies, and accounting rules.
• Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, solution designs, process flows, fit-gap analyses, and decision logs.
• Support integrations, reporting, data migration, data validation, reconciliation, and conversion activities.
• Coordinate with technical, integration, reporting, ERP, and data teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Prepare and execute SIT, UAT, reconciliation testing, defect management, and business sign-off activities.
• Support month-end and year-end financial close processes.
• Deliver user training, knowledge transfer sessions, operational readiness activities, and training materials.
• Support cutover planning, opening balance validation, go-live, hypercare, and transition to support.
• Prepare project status updates and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and scope considerations.
• Mentor junior consultants and review project deliverables where applicable.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials consulting.
• Demonstrated experience in Oracle Financials implementation, enhancement, transformation, and support projects.
• Ability to work with Finance, Accounting, Business, and Technology stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of financial controls and local regulatory requirements.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, working with enterprise clients on critical financial system projects.
