About the Otorhinolaryngology ENT Specialist Role

Remain Medical Group is seeking a qualified and experienced Otorhinolaryngology ENT Specialist to join its medical team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care within a professional healthcare environment.

Role Purpose and Contribution

The ENT Specialist will be responsible for the comprehensive diagnosis and management of conditions affecting the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck. This role involves delivering specialized medical services, performing procedures, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and adherence to clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and manage conditions affecting the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck.
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, physical examinations, and diagnostic procedures.
Treat common ENT conditions, including hearing disorders, sinus problems, allergies, throat infections, and balance disorders.
Perform minor ENT procedures and surgeries within approved clinical privileges.
Develop and implement appropriate treatment and follow-up plans.
Review laboratory, imaging, audiology, and other diagnostic results.
Provide patients and their families with clear information regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, audiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
Maintain accurate and complete medical records in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Comply with infection-control procedures, patient-safety requirements, and approved clinical policies.
Participate in quality-improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and departmental activities.

Qualifications and Professional Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery or an equivalent recognized qualification.
Postgraduate qualification or board certification in Otolaryngology.
Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) classification and registration.
Relevant clinical experience as an ENT Specialist or Consultant.
Strong diagnostic, clinical, and patient-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Commitment to patient safety, medical ethics, and high-quality healthcare standards.
Eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia.

Work Setting and Location

This full-time role is based at Remain Medical Group facilities in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will operate within a structured medical environment, adhering to established clinical protocols and contributing to a team-oriented approach to patient care.
