About the Role

Career Executive 赛睿人力资源 is seeking an experienced Overseas Sales Director to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is critical for driving international market growth and achieving sales objectives. The role requires a professional with over 10 years of experience in sales leadership, focusing on strategic market expansion and customer development.

Key Responsibilities

• Break down and execute annual sales targets in alignment with the company's annual development plan.
• Lead the sales team to achieve annual sales objectives effectively.
• Formulate differentiated sales strategies based on local customer needs and competitive dynamics in target countries.
• Drive sales and promotion of company products to fulfill departmental sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Explore new markets and develop new customer relationships to expand the company's global footprint.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Proficiency in English or other relevant minor languages (*, French, Spanish) as working languages, capable of conducting complex business negotiations.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably with an international focus.
