About The Channel Company and the Role

The Channel Company, a global leader in data-driven growth acceleration solutions for the IT channel, is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager. Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, this full-time role involves working on behalf of a leading cloud service provider to expand and strengthen their partner network. The position focuses on enabling IT resellers and software companies to design and execute impactful marketing strategies that drive business growth, primarily within the Israel region.

Role Purpose and Core Responsibilities

As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will serve as a bridge between the client and its partners, ensuring alignment and measurable results. This role combines elements of partner enablement, marketing consultancy, and relationship building within a dynamic B2B technology environment. You will act as a trusted advisor, consulting on marketing tactics, managing partner relationships, and providing strategic and operational support. Key responsibilities include:

Develop, manage, and execute partner marketing plans that align with business objectives and drive measurable outcomes across the Israel region.
Act as the main point of contact for partners, advising on marketing and sales strategies to promote vendor solutions.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to drive long-term success.
Provide strategic guidance and hands-on support for the execution of marketing activities, both digital and in-person.
Support partners with Market Development Fund (MDF) processes, including request submissions and claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Manage external agencies, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs.
Coordinate and support events, including planning, on-site execution, stakeholder coordination, and post-event follow-up.
Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, delivering insights and actionable recommendations.
Prepare end-of-month reports and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), highlighting performance, impact, and opportunities.
Support content localization in Hebrew to ensure quality and local relevance.

Candidate Profile and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in partner marketing or a related field. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following attributes:

A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
Capable of self-management while also being a collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.
Skilled in identifying partner needs and delivering tailored marketing solutions.

Work Environment and Travel

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires regular client meetings and event attendance within the region of focus (Israel). Occasional travel within Europe, approximately twice per year, is also expected.
