About the Physiotherapist Tamheer Trainee Role

This is a Tamheer trainee position focused on developing foundational physiotherapy skills. The Physiotherapist Trainee will work under supervision to support the physiotherapy team in delivering rehabilitation and treatment services. This role offers hands-on clinical experience, assisting in patient assessments, implementing treatment plans, and ensuring high standards of patient care while developing professional physiotherapy competencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist physiotherapists in evaluating patient physical conditions and identifying treatment needs.
• Support the implementation of prescribed physiotherapy treatment plans and rehabilitation exercises.
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and therapy materials prior to patient sessions.
• Monitor patient progress and report observations to the supervising physiotherapist.
• Educate patients on exercise techniques, mobility support, and recovery practices under supervision.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation as required.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety procedures, and infection control standards.
• Participate in training sessions, workshops, and continuous learning activities.
• Support administrative and operational tasks within the physiotherapy department when necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy or an equivalent qualification.
• A valid classification/registration from the relevant healthcare authority is preferred.
