About the Role

Home Healers is seeking a part-time Physiotherapist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on providing services in a virtual or home-based environment, utilizing telehealth platforms and, where applicable, home visits.

Key Responsibilities

Assess patients’ physical conditions comprehensively.
Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and interventions, primarily via telehealth platforms and occasional home visits.
Conduct initial and follow-up assessments to monitor patient progress.
Document clinical notes accurately and maintain thorough patient records.
Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on outcomes and feedback.
Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, proper use of mobility aids, and self-management strategies.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
Adhere strictly to professional and regulatory standards in all aspects of practice.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience as a Physiotherapist.
Demonstrated ability to assess physical conditions and develop effective treatment plans.
Proficiency in guiding patients through therapeutic exercises and interventions.
Experience with telehealth platforms and/or home-based care delivery is preferred.

Work Environment

This is a part-time position that offers flexibility through a remote or home-based work model, complemented by necessary home visits. The role requires a commitment to delivering patient care in a dynamic setting.
