About the Role

Nahdi Medical Co. is seeking a Physiotherapist to join their team in Yanbu, Al Madinah Region. This full-time position is responsible for providing physical therapy care to patients under the guidance of the Head of the Physiotherapy Department. The role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer treatment and various physical therapy modalities to outpatients and home visit patients.
• Observe patients' conditions, reactions, and responses to treatment, reporting findings to the Head of PT & Rehabilitation Department in the patient's progress sheet.
• Clean and maintain department equipment and other aids.
• Assist in maintaining department inventory and request supplies through designated procedures.
• Attend department in-service programs as required.
• Apply safety standards and report any incidents of danger to the line manager.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, reports, and statistics in line with departmental, professional, and legal standards.
• Provide specialist advice, teaching, and instruction to patients and other professionals to promote understanding of physiotherapy aims and ensure a consistent approach to patient care.
• Use appropriate communication methods with patients to maximize rehabilitation potential and their understanding of the condition.
• Comply with all mandatory training requirements.
• Participate in the teaching and training of new staff when requested.
• Wear an ID badge at all times while on duty.
• Comply with Saudi Laws and Nahdi Clinic policies and procedures.

Experience and Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in physiotherapy.
• Ability to administer various physical therapy modalities.
• Strong observational and reporting skills.
• Commitment to maintaining patient records and adhering to professional standards.
• Effective communication skills for patient education and professional interaction.

Work Environment

This role primarily involves indoor work (100%), with outdoor activities required for home visits. The work schedule is 6 days a week with 1 day off, totaling 8 working hours per day. Shifts are either from 9 am - 5 pm or 1 pm - 9 pm.
