  • Integrate multiple project section schedules with interface requirements, including technical, operational, and energization dependencies.
  • Maintain and update schedule-related assumptions, constraints, risk registers, and delay logs throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare management dashboards, executive summaries, and detailed schedule narratives for periodic progress reports and stakeholder communications.
  • Support invoice certification and payment processing by verifying achievement of schedule-linked milestones and contractual requirements.
  • Collaborate with project teams to resolve scheduling conflicts and optimize resource allocation across project activities.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in planning, scheduling, and control of large-scale infrastructure or construction projects.

  • Solid understanding of work breakdown structures (WBS), activity logic, resource loading, and schedule constraints.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 is preferred.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure, power, or heavy industrial projects is highly desirable.
  • Experience with schedule recovery planning and acceleration strategies.

Required Skills

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex project data and identify trends.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear, concise reports and present findings to senior management.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, contractors, and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and managing competing project priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple schedules simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in time management and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
