About the Role

Dahua Technology MENA is seeking a Pre Sales Engineer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves supporting sales efforts and developing solutions for specific projects within the security industry. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the sales team in achieving regional project sales targets.
Manage requirements collection, solution design and presentation, on-site testing, and training for specific projects.
Collaborate with local Business Development Manager (BDM) teams to cultivate industry market customers, identify project opportunities, monitor project progress, and ensure project implementation.
Provide promotion, training, and technical guidance for industry-based products and solutions to internal sales teams and DPP customers.
Develop regional industry solutions based on market demand research and competitor program analysis.
Cooperate with sales personnel to organize and implement product-related promotional conferences, exhibitions, and customer visits.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Communication, Electronics, IT, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in the security industry, with a focus on pre-sales and project support.
Familiarity with video surveillance products and related solutions, including a systematic understanding of network, storage, and server technologies.
Ability to independently configure technical proposals and design technical solutions.
Demonstrated successful experience with Safe City and Intelligent Transportation solutions.
Experience in industry market research and analysis, competitor analysis, and the promotion of industry product solutions.
