About the Role

Mina Excellence is seeking a Presales Engineer, ICT Infrastructure & Physical Security, to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires 5-10 years of experience and focuses on the technical aspects of the bid process. The Presales Engineer is responsible for transforming client requirements, tender documents, and site conditions into practical, compliant, and costed solutions across ICT infrastructure and physical security/ELV systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze RFPs, RFIs, tender specifications, drawings, and site conditions to identify scope, gaps, risks, and requirements.
• Design end-to-end ICT infrastructure and physical security/ELV solutions.
• Prepare technical designs, AutoCAD drawings, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), material take-offs, compliance matrices, and technical proposals.
• Perform technical calculations for CCTV coverage, VMS storage, bandwidth, PoE, UPS, fiber links, rack elevations, heat loads, cable lengths, and pathway capacity.
• Select appropriate products and technologies based on technical requirements, cost, lifecycle, licensing, and client standards.
• Conduct site surveys, walk-downs, and as-built verification.
• Present solutions to clients, consultants, and end-users, and participate in technical clarification meetings.
• Coordinate with OEMs and distributors for technical support, pricing, product information, and authorizations.
• Support demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and pilot setups.
• Provide a complete technical handover to the project delivery team and support submittals, RFIs, and design changes during execution.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in a relevant presales engineering role.
• Demonstrated technical strength and commercial awareness to manage the complete bid process.
• Ability to translate complex client requirements into practical, compliant, and cost-effective solutions.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and operates on a full-time basis within Mina Excellence.
