Principal Business Development

About the Role

Elm Company is seeking a Principal to lead business development activities for Identity & Biometrics products. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves identifying growth opportunities, shaping strategic partnerships, and developing business cases. The Principal will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support service expansion and value realization within the sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop business development plans for Identity & Biometrics products, aligning with sector priorities and market opportunities.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and service expansion areas based on market needs and stakeholder priorities.
• Prepare comprehensive business cases that cover value proposition, scope, expected benefits, cost considerations, risks, and implementation requirements.
• Engage with potential partners and stakeholders to explore collaboration models that support Identity & Biometrics objectives.
• Analyze financial and non-financial value drivers to support the prioritization of business development opportunities.
• Support the expansion of existing products and services by coordinating with product, technical, and operational teams.
• Lead coordination with internal stakeholders to align on objectives, roles, timelines, and expected outcomes for business development initiatives.
• Define and track key performance indicators related to business development initiatives, partnerships, and growth opportunities.

Operational Compliance

• Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure consistent work execution.
• Comply with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls.
• Adhere to all relevant information security practices and standards to maintain data integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires collaboration with various internal and external teams to achieve business development objectives.
