About the Role at Esnad Contracting

Esnad Contracting is actively seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our dedicated team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is critical for supporting our ongoing infrastructure and road projects, where the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire procurement lifecycle. This includes overseeing supplier and subcontractor relationships, from initial engagement and negotiation through to final delivery and performance evaluation, ensuring the timely and efficient availability of essential materials for project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage subcontractor contracts.
Handle supplier engagements, including pricing, quotations, negotiations, and purchase orders, up to final delivery at project sites.
Prepare weekly and monthly procurement reports.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely material availability.
Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with company standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Diploma or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Must be a Saudi national.
Minimum of 5 years of procurement experience in construction, infrastructure, or road projects.
Demonstrated experience working with subcontractors and suppliers, covering contracts, negotiations, and delivery follow-up.
Familiarity with construction materials such as asphalt, ready-mix concrete, sand, rebar, water pipes, valves, and site equipment.

Essential Skills and Attributes

Strong negotiation, communication, and reporting skills.
Experience using ERP or other procurement systems.
International certifications such as CCMP, CIPM, or CIPP are considered a strong advantage.
