About the Product Designer Role

Scale AI is seeking a bilingual Product Designer to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on developing intuitive, AI-driven experiences for government and enterprise clients throughout the Middle East. Core Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design process for new products, from initial concept through to final implementation. You will collaborate directly with Product Managers and engineers to ensure the rapid and effective delivery of impactful products. Key duties include:

• Leading the design process for 0-1 products, from concept to implementation.
• Translating insights from product management and client feedback into compelling design concepts.
• Managing stakeholder expectations and aligning them around a unified design direction.
• Communicating designs effectively through visual storytelling and prototyping, utilizing AI tools.
• Making data-informed design decisions based on research and user insights.

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Fluency in both Arabic and English is a mandatory requirement.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity in early-stage product development.
• Experience in both startup environments and established companies, with a background at a respected organization known for strong product development culture.
• Prior experience with B2B products, specifically for government or enterprise clients.
• A desire to contribute to shaping the role of AI in modern business applications.
• Previous work experience within the GCC region (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE).
• Currently based in the GCC or open to relocation.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered design platforms such as Cursor and Claude.
• A degree in HCI, Computer Science, or Graphic Design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing polish, professional presentation, and clear visual storytelling capabilities for diverse audiences.

Preferred Skills

While not mandatory, the following would be advantageous:

• Experience working at notable AI companies.
• A technical background.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates based in the GCC region are encouraged to apply, with openness to relocation being a plus.
