We are seeking a Product Development Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on a full-time basis.

Role Purpose

The Product Development Specialist will contribute to the development, management, and optimization of Reef Group's fragrance portfolio. This role involves market analysis, product innovation, quality assurance, and cross-departmental coordination to ensure products meet strategic objectives and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and track industry trends.
• Monitor competitor performance to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Lead or support the development of new fragrance formulations and enhance existing products.
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch and monitor post-launch performance.
• Collaborate with the Quality team to ensure compliance with the highest standards.
• Coordinate with Production, Marketing, and Sales departments to ensure effective execution of product strategies.
• Collect and analyze product performance data, including sales, profitability, and customer feedback.
• Prepare regular reports with recommendations to strengthen product positioning.
• Track budgets related to product development and marketing activities.
• Manage daily product-related operations and maintain updated documentation.
