Role Summary

Intellect Design Arena Ltd is seeking an Associate Product Engineer / Engineering Trainee to join the core Banking Technology & Delivery Team in Riyadh. This full-time position is designed for motivated graduates with 0-1 years of experience. The role involves structured technical training through the iSkill program, working alongside senior implementation teams on digital banking products deployed across Saudi financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the design, development, and enhancement of digital banking modules using Java/J2EE, Cloud architectures, and Web technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional delivery teams on client-facing deployments, solution integrations, and functional configurations at customer sites.
• Assist in unit testing, integration testing, and bug fixing to ensure application performance, security, and scalability meet banking industry standards.
• Utilize modern AI development tools to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Actively complete self-driven modules on the iSkill Learning Platform to gain certifications in cloud, backend development, and domain banking practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Motivated graduate with high potential.
• Ability to engage in structured technical training.
• Interest in enterprise software engineering, cloud technologies, AI integrations, and digital banking implementations.
