About the Role

Node Technologies is seeking an experienced Product Manager – Digital Platforms & Solutions to lead the development and launch of new digital platforms and solutions. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires over 10 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is to transform market opportunities into scalable, commercially successful products. The role focuses on identifying opportunities within the Saudi market, validating customer needs, and driving go-to-market strategies to ensure sustainable growth. The Product Manager will collaborate with business, technology, sales, and operations teams to deliver innovative digital solutions that create customer value and support the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate new opportunities for digital platforms and solutions aligned with the company's strategic direction.
  • Conduct market research, customer discovery, and competitive analysis to understand the Saudi market.
  • Define target customer segments and develop compelling value propositions.
  • Assess commercial viability and prepare business cases for new digital initiatives.
  • Monitor digital transformation trends, emerging technologies, and relevant regulatory developments in Saudi Arabia.
  • Define the vision, strategy, and product roadmap for new digital platforms and solutions.
  • Establish KPIs and success metrics for each initiative.
  • Translate customer needs and business requirements into actionable digital capabilities and product features.
  • Lead MVP development, hypothesis validation, and market testing activities.
  • Ensure solutions align with customer expectations, business objectives, and future scalability requirements.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for digital products and platforms.
  • Lead pilot launches, commercial rollouts, and adoption tracking.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships teams to develop customer acquisition strategies.
  • Develop pricing strategies, commercial offerings, and revenue models.
  • Build strategic partnerships with government entities, private sector organizations, and technology/service providers when required.
  • Support regional expansion from the Saudi market into GCC countries.
  • Monitor platform performance, including adoption, usage, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer behavior and user journey data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Prioritize product enhancements based on market demand and business impact.
  • Provide strategic recommendations for scaling products, improving operating models, and expanding digital capabilities.
  • Prepare executive reports highlighting performance, opportunities, risks, and strategic recommendations.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for this role must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, specifically within digital platforms and solutions development.
