Product Specialist

About the Role

L'Oréal is seeking a Product Specialist for the Dermatological Beauty Division in Riyadh, Central Region. This permanent position involves building and strengthening relationships with healthcare professionals in Riyadh, KSA. The Product Specialist will report to the Regional Medical Visits Manager and utilize scientific expertise to enhance the brand's image and drive recommendations within the medical community.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit targeted doctors and present the scientific value of products to increase prescriptions.
• Represent the brand at medical congresses and events.
• Implement the medical visit plan, using digital and physical promotional tools to deliver personalized messages to healthcare professionals.
• Analyze sector data, competitor activity, and prescription data to identify new business opportunities.
• Propose strategic action plans to improve results and ensure a strong return on investment.
• Manage visit planning, reporting, and activity monitoring through CRM systems (Veeva).
• Ensure optimal product availability in nearby clinics and pharmacies.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong scientific mindset and a proactive, entrepreneurial approach to managing their territory. This role requires an individual driven to build strong customer relationships and thrive in a collaborative, results-oriented environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biology, or a related scientific field.
• Previous experience in a medical representative role is highly valued.
• A valid Saudi driving license is required.
