The Role of Program & Infrastructure Specialist

SAMF is seeking a Program & Infrastructure Specialist to join its Motorsport Development team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting grassroots and development programs, reporting directly to the Programs & Infrastructure Manager. The specialist will contribute to program coordination, facility access, equipment tracking, and overall program administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the coordination and scheduling of grassroots and development-program activities across various regions.
• Assist in tracking facility-access arrangements and ensuring equipment provision for development programs.
• Maintain comprehensive program records, participation data, and infrastructure-status updates.
• Support communication efforts with clubs, facilities, and regional partners regarding program logistics.
• Assist in the preparation of program-performance and participation reports for the Programs & Infrastructure Manager.
• Provide administrative support for infrastructure-planning activities and program budget management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant professional experience.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within the Motorsport Development team, contributing to the growth and organization of motorsport activities nationwide.
