About the Program Manager Role

Airbus Helicopters Arabia for Aircraft Maintenance is seeking a Program Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a contract position requiring 0-1 years of experience. The Program Manager will be responsible for the execution and performance of multiple projects for a specific customer, ensuring alignment with Project Management best practices and Airbus Helicopters Arabia (AHA) policies and management system.

Role Overview

The Program Manager will oversee the risks, scope, schedule, and costs of assigned projects. This role requires a strong commitment to integrity and an awareness of potential compliance risks, which are fundamental to the company's success and reputation. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining project standards and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Comply with all Aviation and Export Control Regulations.
• Develop project plans and contract deliverables.
• Manage project budget, schedule, scope, and risk.
• Manage all aspects of planning, monitoring, and execution of contracts.
• Identify, review, and analyze project risks, then assess and implement mitigation actions.
• Coordinate operational aspects of projects between the project team and liaise with finance, HR, and management as required.
• Manage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver internal and external reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.).
• Perform contract reviews with AHA and Corporate management.
• Perform project close-out and document lessons learned and best practices throughout the project life cycle.
• Manage and control customer expectations and change requests.
• Conduct site visits at customer locations as required.
• Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
• Improve customer satisfaction by delivering consistent results and following up on any concerns.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of Project Management processes.

Required Experience
