About the Role

IHCC is seeking a skilled Project Engineer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, site-based role is essential for the successful execution and coordination of fit-out projects, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and project timelines.

Role Overview

The Project Engineer will be responsible for the technical coordination and supervision of day-to-day site activities within fit-out projects. A key aspect of this position involves the review and coordination of project models and drawings using Revit, facilitating seamless communication and execution across all project phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities for fit-out works.
• Review and coordinate Revit models, shop drawings, and construction documents.
• Coordinate effectively with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure work is executed strictly according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Monitor site progress, quality, and compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements.
• Resolve technical issues and coordinate design changes as necessary.
• Prepare comprehensive progress reports and actively participate in coordination meetings.
• Support overall project delivery through to final handover.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience, with up to 10 years preferred, specifically in Fit-Out projects.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out construction methods and finishing works.

Required Skills

• Strong technical coordination skills.
• Hands-on experience using Revit for reviewing and coordinating project models and drawings.
• Ability to read and coordinate construction drawings and Building Information Modeling (BIM) models.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, site-based position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires consistent presence on project sites to oversee operations, manage technical aspects, and ensure project milestones are met effectively.
