About the Opportunity

Globant is seeking an experienced Project Management Officer (Senior PMO - Governance) to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is critical for a leading organization undergoing a significant digital transformation, focusing on evolving project governance and modernizing PMO processes.

Role Overview

The Senior PMO - Governance will lead the strategic evolution of project governance. This involves modernizing existing PMO processes and implementing enterprise workflow automation, primarily utilizing ServiceNow Process Automation, to enhance efficiency and control across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of enterprise PMO governance frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
• Establish project governance standards, reporting frameworks, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and executive dashboards.
• Partner with senior technology and business stakeholders to align strategic initiatives and delivery priorities.
• Drive the transformation of manual, spreadsheet-based PMO processes into automated enterprise workflows.
• Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of ServiceNow Process Automation for PMO operations.
• Design automated workflows for project initiation, approvals, governance reviews, portfolio management, reporting, and risk management.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) or project governance role.
• Demonstrated experience in leading the development and implementation of PMO governance frameworks.
• Proven expertise in workflow automation, specifically with ServiceNow Process Automation.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and driving strategic initiatives.
