About the Role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves managing the delivery of aviation infrastructure and similar projects, encompassing budget, schedule, quality, safety, commercial performance, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Direct and manage all technical, commercial, financial, administrative, and construction supervision activities for projects.
Ensure project delivery aligns with approved scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and contract requirements.
Develop and maintain essential project documentation, including the Project Management Plan, Health and Safety Plan, and QA/QC Plan.
Manage project budgets, forecasts, invoicing, billing, profitability, and cost control measures.
Coordinate effectively with project teams, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and relevant government agencies.
Monitor project progress, milestones, risks, costs, and schedule performance to ensure timely completion.
Manage scope changes, change orders, claims, and other commercial issues that may arise during project execution.
Represent Parsons in meetings with clients, contractors, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.
Lead weekly project status meetings and implement corrective action plans as needed.
Support business development efforts, including proposals, client presentations, and identifying additional service opportunities.

Required Qualifications

A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from initiation to completion.
Strong understanding of project delivery, budget management, and schedule adherence.
