About the Role

Saudi Services for Electro-Mechanic Works Co. (SSEM) is seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in Overhead Transmission Lines (OHTL) to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a candidate with over 10 years of experience to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of OHTL projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading high-impact OHTL projects, leveraging extensive experience in electrical engineering and project management. This role involves collaborating with diverse professional teams, fostering a culture of excellence, and mentoring junior project managers. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of OHTL projects, utilizing project management tools such as MS Project and Primavera.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to develop project specifications and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance.
• Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
• Conduct regular project status meetings to monitor progress and address challenges.
• Implement risk management strategies to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
• Prepare detailed project reports for senior management, including key performance indicators and recommendations.
• Oversee the procurement process for project materials, ensuring timely acquisition and quality standards.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Electrical Engineering degree.
• Experience: More than 15 years of experience.
• Proven expertise in project management methodologies, specifically for OHTL projects.
• Strong leadership skills for managing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication abilities for liaising with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
• Analytical skills for risk assessment and mitigation strategy development.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards related to overhead transmission lines.
• Ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
