Project Manager

About the Role

Systems Arabia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading customer relationships, ensuring governance, coordinating project activities, and managing reporting functions. The Project Manager will also act as a Service Delivery Engineer, focusing on the successful delivery of services and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer relationships, governance, coordination, and reporting for assigned projects.
• Coordinate architecture assessments and implementation activities with solution architects.
• Manage Service Requests (SRs) and Change Requests (CRs), including intake, prioritization, tracking, and delivery.
• Track delivery milestones and ensure timely customer sign-offs.
• Implement strong risk, action, and issue tracking processes.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive reports and documentation related to project progress and delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Service Delivery or Project Management.
• Demonstrated experience in managing customer relationships and leading governance meetings.
• Proficiency in coordinating architecture assessments and implementation activities.
• Experience in managing the full lifecycle of Service Requests (SRs) and Change Requests (CRs).
• Proven ability in risk, action, and issue tracking.
• Experience in reporting, documentation, and delivery milestone tracking.

Technical Skills

• Working knowledge of cloud platforms including Azure, Microsoft 365 (M365), GCP, and OCI.

Required Competencies

• Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
• Ability to coordinate complex activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
