Awj Media Group is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of experience in recruitment. The role focuses on managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and retain talent, while also building a strong talent pipeline for the organization.

Role Overview

The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle across the organization. This involves developing and implementing recruitment strategies, collaborating with department heads to address staffing needs, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The specialist will play a key role in strengthening the company's talent acquisition capabilities and supporting its growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for various positions, including permanent, freelance, trainee, and part-time roles.
• Source candidates through diverse channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and recruitment agencies.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to address current and future staffing requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and updates.
• Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align with recruitment plans.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers on recruitment system usage, interview techniques, assessment methods, and candidate selection.
• Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, Saudization targets, and company policies.
• Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities, metrics, and outcomes to senior management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment techniques.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Participate in recruitment-related projects and initiatives as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a recruitment role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Familiarity with various sourcing channels and talent acquisition strategies.
• Understanding of labor laws, regulations, and Saudization requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and candidates.
