Recruitment Specialist

About the Role

Laverne Group is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join its HR team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is primarily focused on sales recruitment and managing mass recruitment campaigns to attract qualified candidates.

Role Overview

The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial job posting through to candidate onboarding. The position involves executing recruitment campaigns, sourcing candidates, and coordinating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs, with a particular emphasis on sales positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
• Source and attract candidates, primarily for sales positions.
• Plan and execute mass recruitment initiatives.
• Publish job advertisements across various recruitment platforms and manage recruitment campaigns.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand specific staffing requirements.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and talent pipelines.
• Track and report on recruitment Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment.
• Demonstrated experience in sales recruitment and managing mass recruitment campaigns.
• Proficiency in managing the full recruitment cycle.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the HR department of Laverne Group.
