About the Role

Kinetic is partnering with a pharmaceutical company to recruit a Regulatory Affairs Manager for their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in regulatory affairs within the pharmaceutical sector.

Role Overview

The Regulatory Affairs Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing regulatory strategies that align with business objectives. This role is crucial for driving product registrations and ensuring timely approvals from health authorities. The position involves maintaining strong relationships with regulatory bodies and ensuring ongoing compliance throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regulatory strategies in line with company objectives.
• Manage and drive product registration processes to secure timely regulatory approvals.
• Cultivate and maintain effective relationships with the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) and other GCC health authorities.
• Ensure adherence to local regulatory requirements across the entire product lifecycle.
• Collaborate effectively with regional and global cross-functional teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Regulatory Affairs role within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated experience in managing variations, renewals, pricing submissions, and product lifecycle management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of SFDA and GCC regulatory requirements and submission procedures.
