About the Role

Automak Automotive is seeking a Rental Sales Agent to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on promoting and selling vehicle rental services, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and supporting the achievement of branch business objectives. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose

The Rental Sales Agent is responsible for assisting customers throughout the rental process, from initial inquiry to vehicle handover and return. This position plays a key role in maximizing rental revenue and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Promote daily, weekly, monthly, and long-term vehicle rental services to individual and corporate customers.
Achieve rental sales and revenue targets set by management.
Identify new business opportunities and support customer retention initiatives.
Upsell additional services, insurance products, and vehicle upgrades.
Welcome customers and provide professional assistance throughout the rental process.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-in visits.
Provide accurate information regarding vehicle availability, rental rates, terms, and conditions.
Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
Prepare and process rental agreements, quotations, and related documentation.
Verify customer eligibility, driving licenses, and supporting documents.
Coordinate vehicle handover and return processes.
Ensure vehicles are delivered and received in accordance with company procedures.
Monitor vehicle availability and coordinate with fleet and operations teams.
Maintain accurate customer records and rental documentation.
Process payments, invoices, deposits, and related transactions.
Prepare daily and monthly rental performance reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
