Residential Compound Manager

About the Role

Al Khater Group is seeking a Residential Compound Manager to oversee all daily operations within a residential compound in the Eastern Province. This full-time role focuses on ensuring smooth and efficient workflows, enhancing resident satisfaction, and maintaining high standards across all compound services.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all daily compound operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Professionally address resident requests and complaints to enhance living experience and resident satisfaction.
• Directly oversee preventive and emergency maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, and landscaping, in coordination with maintenance teams and contractors.
• Supervise security personnel, safety systems, and access control to ensure the safety and security of the compound and its residents in line with top standards.
• Track tenant leases, manage lease renewals, and coordinate move-in/move-out inspections with detailed condition documentation.
• Prepare and monitor the compound’s operational budget, ensuring cost control and managing vendor and contractor relations.
• Lead, direct, and develop field teams including security, maintenance, cleaning, and reception, and conduct regular performance evaluations.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in compound management or a similar operational leadership role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage diverse operational functions effectively.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team development and performance management.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in the Eastern Province, requiring on-site management and supervision of compound operations and teams.
