Sabaq Resources is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is crucial for maintaining high operational standards and ensuring customer satisfaction within our restaurant environment.

Role Overview

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant. This includes ensuring high-quality service and food standards, enhancing customer satisfaction, and achieving established sales and profitability targets. The role requires a proactive approach to management and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
Lead, supervise, and manage the restaurant team.
Monitor food and service quality, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
Achieve sales targets and effectively control operational costs and waste.
Manage inventory, coordinating purchasing and maintaining optimal stock levels.
Prepare staff schedules and manage shifts and leave requests.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Train and develop employees to improve overall performance.
Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales and operational reports.
Ensure strict compliance with company policies, hygiene, and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

Candidates for this position should possess a minimum of 5 to 10 years of proven experience in restaurant management. This includes a strong background in team management and staff supervision within a dynamic hospitality environment.

Skills and Experience

Demonstrated leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage daily operations efficiently.
Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Proficiency with POS (Point of Sale) and restaurant management systems.
