YO IT Consulting is seeking a Rust Software Developer for a full-time position in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are prepared to apply their software engineering expertise to advance next-generation AI systems.

Contribution to AI System Development

The primary objective of this role is to train AI models by providing high-quality, real-world input. Developers will directly influence how AI models learn, reason, and perform. While prior experience in AI is not a prerequisite, strong domain knowledge in software engineering is essential for success in this position.

Core Responsibilities

As a Rust Software Developer, you will be responsible for creating Reinforcement Learning Environments. These environments are designed to test an AI model’s capability to resolve complex software engineering challenges utilizing Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools. Key tasks include:

• Identifying and fixing bugs within codebases.
• Implementing new features and functionalities.
• Refactoring existing code for improved structure and maintainability.
• Optimizing software performance.
• Discovering and reasoning over information sourced from real MCP servers.
• Designing reproducible environments, deterministic verification processes, and golden reference solutions to accurately measure both MCP tool usage and software engineering proficiency.

Compensation Structure and Work Expectations

Compensation for this role is output-based, with payment issued per task that successfully meets project specifications. The time required to complete tasks may vary depending on individual experience and workflow. Minimum submission requirements apply, and developers are expected to submit a specified number of tasks weekly.

Hiring Process and Start Timeline

The hiring process for this position includes several stages:

2. An AI Interview, approximately 30 minutes in duration.
3. A Technical Assessment (tentative).
4. Review by a Hiring Manager.
