Sales Activation Officer

About the Role

Tasheel Finance is seeking a dedicated Sales Activation Officer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is integral to supporting sales operations by managing client referrals, coordinating with various internal departments, and ensuring a seamless client journey. The position is suited for professionals with 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.

Referral and Data Management

The Sales Activation Officer will oversee the entire referral process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency from initial receipt to status updates. Key responsibilities include:

• Receiving, reviewing, and validating referrals submitted through SNB branches and designated referral portals.
• Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of all data before processing or escalating.
• Maintaining and updating referral statuses across various internal systems.

Sales and Operations Coordination

This role involves extensive coordination with multiple teams to facilitate the sales activation process and address operational requirements. Specific duties include:

• Coordinating with Activation Sales Officers, the call center, underwriting, and operations teams.
• Tracking referral progress and following up on pending actions through the Tasheel Back office system.
• Submitting application exceptions to relevant stakeholders as needed.
• Contacting clients who have submitted applications via the app to ensure completion of their journey within the Tasheel App.
• Assisting clients in obtaining the necessary steps and documents required to book their application.
• Escalating operational issues and bottlenecks in a timely manner.

Reporting and Performance Tracking

The officer will be responsible for generating and analyzing performance data to support operational insights and decision-making. Key tasks include:

• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly referral performance reports.
• Tracking critical metrics such as conversion ratios, turnaround times, and booking volumes.
• Sharing performance insights and analysis with management and project stakeholders.

Process Compliance and Stakeholder Support

Ensuring adherence to established procedures and providing essential support to internal teams are core aspects of this role. Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring strict adherence to approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and project workflows.
• Supporting the implementation of process updates and system enhancements.
• Maintaining comprehensive documentation related to workflows, reports, and controls.
• Responding to internal queries from SNB teams, sales, and operations departments.
• Supporting the preparation of demos, screenshots, and training materials when required.
• Assisting in the onboarding of new users and explaining basic system usage.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Sales Activation Officer position are expected to have:

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of professional experience in a relevant field, preferably within financial services or a related operational support capacity.
