The Role of Sales and Marketing Director

York Towers is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Director to lead sales and marketing operations across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, and Georgia. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and reports directly to the Commercial Director. The primary objective of this role is to drive revenue growth, strengthen market positioning, and ensure consistent commercial performance across all target markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate commercial strategy into actionable sales and marketing plans, budgets, and targets for each market and branch.
• Lead, coach, and develop branch sales managers and teams, ensuring consistent sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Drive the entire customer journey, from lead generation and campaign execution to conversion, negotiation, and closing.
• Align sales and marketing efforts to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and revenue generation.
• Oversee digital and offline marketing activities, including paid media, SEO/SEM, social media, content, events, PR, and agency partnerships.
• Ensure consistent brand positioning and execution across all markets.
• Manage approved budgets and optimize performance against ROI, cost per lead (CPL), and cost per sale.
• Monitor sales and marketing performance by branch and market, providing actionable insights and recommendations to the Commercial Director.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies across multiple markets.
• Experience in managing budgets and optimizing performance metrics.
