The Role of Sales Coordinator

The Sales Coordinator will serve as a key support function within the Logistics Division, primarily responsible for the efficient coordination of all sales activities. This role is crucial for ensuring that the entire sales cycle progresses smoothly and is achieved effectively, thereby supporting the division's strategic objectives and operational flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage various sales-related activities within the Logistics Division to ensure operational efficiency.
• Monitor the progress of the sales cycle from initiation to completion, identifying and addressing any potential bottlenecks.
• Facilitate effective communication and information flow between the sales team, clients, and relevant internal departments.
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales-related documentation, reports, and records.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, assisting with scheduling, presentations, and client inquiries.
• Ensure adherence to established sales processes and procedures to achieve desired outcomes and targets.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 0 to 1 year of professional experience in a relevant administrative or coordination role.
• Demonstrated organizational and coordination skills with an attention to detail.

Work Environment and Location
