About the Role

Silah Tamkeen is seeking a Sales Executive to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are ready to contribute to sales growth and client acquisition within a dynamic market.

Role Objective

The primary objective of this Sales Executive role is to drive significant sales growth for Silah Tamkeen by actively acquiring new clients and expanding the company's market presence. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing strong, professional business relationships, thoroughly understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions that directly contribute to achieving sales targets and supporting overall business expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new sales opportunities and actively acquire new clients.
• Build and maintain strong, professional, and long-term relationships with both existing and potential clients.
• Conduct field visits and client meetings to thoroughly understand their needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Work diligently towards achieving assigned sales targets in alignment with approved plans and strategies.
• Follow up with potential clients and manage the entire sales cycle through to contract completion.
• Monitor market opportunities and trends, contributing to the expansion of the company's customer base.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of professional experience, ideally within a sales, business development, or client-facing capacity.
• A proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
