Sales Head

About the Role

HUDSON is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sales Head – Diesel Generators to lead and expand its generator business across Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is available in Dammam, Jeddah, and Riyadh, with a salary range of SAR 15,000 to SAR 20,000 per month. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and leading the sales team to achieve revenue and profitability objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Lead the sales and service team, driving business development across sectors including Oil & Gas, Construction, Industrial, Infrastructure, Data Centers, Rental, and Government.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, consultants, contractors, and EPC companies.
• Manage major projects, tenders, negotiations, and key accounts.
• Provide technical guidance on power solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with engineering, service, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales leadership within the diesel generator industry. This role requires a professional with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market presence.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in a relevant sales leadership role, specifically within the diesel generator sector.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Saudi Arabia, with opportunities in Dammam, Jeddah, and Riyadh. The role involves working within a dynamic team focused on expanding the company's market share in the power solutions industry.

Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from SAR 15,000 to SAR 20,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
