Sales Specialist Role Overview

Signify is seeking a Sales Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time role is designed for recent Electrical/Electronics graduates with 0-1 years of experience, providing administrative support to the sales team, coordinating sales activities, and assisting in report preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to the sales organization with customer documentation, proposals, product information, and quotation preparation, ensuring accuracy and professional presentation.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, sales reviews, and customer interactions. Track the progress of opportunities, tenders, and project documentation, ensuring timely updates to the sales team.
• Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline summaries, and performance dashboards. Ensure CRM and reporting systems accurately reflect opportunity status and sales metrics.
• Coordinate communication between sales and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor customer requests, quotation activity, and service responsiveness, highlighting trends or gaps to the sales team for proactive follow-up.
• Ensure all sales documentation and communication adhere to internal policies and audit guidelines, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy of commercial information.
• Maintain information in ICON (and physical contract archive, if applicable), CPQ, SAP, and SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C), ensuring correct flow and use of these tools.
• Manage customers' Due Diligence Process (DDPs) in specific cases.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• 0-1 years of professional experience.
• Ability to provide administrative support and coordinate activities effectively.
• Proficiency in preparing reports and maintaining accurate records.
