SAP Finance Senior Consultant

About the Role

Ejada is seeking an SAP Finance Senior Consultant to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on leading the design, implementation, configuration, and support of SAP Finance and Controlling solutions across SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC environments. The consultant will act as the primary finance workstream lead, ensuring alignment between business requirements, financial best practices, regulatory compliance, and SAP capabilities for successful project delivery in both public and private sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP FI/CO workstreams for implementation, rollout, transformation, upgrade, and support projects.
• Conduct Fit-to-Standard and Fit-Gap workshops with finance stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements.
• Design and configure SAP Financial Accounting (FI) solutions, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, Cash Management, New GL, Document Splitting, Parallel Ledgers, and IFRS Compliance.
• Design and configure SAP Controlling (CO) solutions, including Cost Center Accounting, Cost Element Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing (CO-PC), Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), Margin Analysis, and Profit Center Accounting.
• Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance solution design, utilizing Universal Journal (ACDOCA), Advanced Asset Accounting, Group Reporting, and SAP Fiori applications.
• Support initiatives related to Treasury, Cash Management, TRM, BCM, AFC, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning.
• Define integration requirements and coordinate cross-functional processes with MM, SD, PP, HR, and Payroll teams.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, solution designs, and RICEFW specifications.
• Lead testing activities, including SIT, UAT, cutover planning, opening balance migration, and hypercare support.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, statutory regulations, audit requirements, and organizational governance standards.
• Support data migration, reconciliation, period-end closing, and year-end closing activities.
• Mentor junior consultants, review deliverables, and ensure quality across the finance workstream.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience as an SAP Finance Consultant, with a focus on FI/CO – S/4HANA Finance.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in SAP Finance and Controlling.
• Demonstrated expertise in SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC environments.
• Strong understanding of financial best practices and regulatory compliance.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) modules.
• Proficiency in SAP Controlling (CO) modules.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance functionalities, including Universal Journal (ACDOCA), Advanced Asset Accounting, Group Reporting, and SAP Fiori.
• Familiarity with Treasury, Cash Management, TRM, BCM, AFC, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning.
• Knowledge of cross-functional integration with MM, SD, PP, HR, and Payroll.
