About the Role

Delta System & Software is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager/Solution Architect to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, senior client-side Program Manager position responsible for overseeing a complex, multi-module SAP SuccessFactors rollout across multiple geographies. The role involves acting as the primary liaison between the customer's business process owners and a third-party delivery team.

Role Context and Objectives

The incumbent will ensure that the SAP SuccessFactors implementation aligns with organizational objectives, global HR process standards, and agreed timelines and budgets. This position demands deep functional expertise across the SuccessFactors product suite, a strong grasp of SAP's evolving AI and Joule capabilities, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable architectural solutions. A key aspect of the role is holding the vendor accountable for quality, scope, and schedule adherence.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the single accountable owner for all aspects of the SuccessFactors programme, including scope, schedule, budget, risks, and quality.
• Govern the vendor-led delivery team, conducting formal programme reviews and enforcing delivery standards.
• Establish and maintain a robust programme governance framework, including steering committees and reporting cadences.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite sponsors, HR leadership, Finance, IT, and regional business process owners.
• Translate business strategy and HR process goals into clear programme requirements for the vendor delivery team.
• Drive organizational change management (OCM) activities in partnership with HR and communications teams.
• Design and own the global rollout strategy, sequencing geographies and defining wave planning.
• Develop and maintain integrated programme plans covering all workstreams, from functional to cutover.
• Coordinate localization requirements across regions, including legal and regulatory compliance.

Functional and Technical Leadership

• Provide deep functional oversight and quality assurance across all in-scope SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning Management System, and Succession & Development.
• Chair functional design workshops and approve functional specifications and solution design documents.
• Maintain current knowledge of SAP Joule and articulate its capabilities, identifying and prioritizing relevant use-cases.
• Evaluate and advise on AI-powered SuccessFactors features, ensuring programme design supports future adoption.
• Own the architectural integrity of the SuccessFactors landscape, aligning with SAP's clean core strategy.
• Oversee integration architecture across the broader technology ecosystem and govern integration middleware decisions.
• Drive data migration strategy and governance, ensuring data quality and security.
• Define and enforce the end-to-end testing strategy, covering unit, system integration, user acceptance, performance, and regression testing.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors project management or solution architecture roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing complex, multi-module SAP SuccessFactors rollouts across diverse geographies.
• Proven ability to manage third-party vendors and ensure accountability for delivery quality and schedule.
• Strong understanding of global HR process standards and regulatory compliance (*, GDPR, PDPA).
• Experience with SAP Joule and AI capabilities within the SuccessFactors suite.
• Proficiency in solution architecture, integration patterns, and data migration strategies for large-scale HR systems.
