Role Summary: Security and Safety Officer

Learning Oasis Int.&Ntl. Schools is seeking a dedicated Security and Safety Officer for a full-time, on-site position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This critical role is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure school environment, ensuring the well-being of all students, staff, and visitors within the premises. The officer will be integral to upholding the school's commitment to a protected and conducive learning atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor all entrances and exits to the school premises.
Conduct regular safety and security patrols throughout the school facilities.
Respond promptly and effectively to all incidents or emergencies.
Oversee the implementation of established health, safety, and security procedures.
Ensure continuous compliance with school policies and relevant local regulations.
Conduct routine inspections of facilities, equipment, and emergency systems.
Document and report all incidents, maintaining accurate records.
Support accident investigations as required.
Coordinate and execute safety drills.
Work closely with school leadership to plan and deliver safety training and awareness programs.
Collaborate with external emergency services when necessary.
Actively promote a culture of safety and respect across the entire school community.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position must possess 5-10 years of experience in a security or safety role, preferably within an educational institution or a similar environment.
