Senior Bilingual Training Consultant (Arabic Speaker)

About the Role

Ekfrazo Technologies is seeking a Senior Bilingual Training Consultant (Arabic Speaker) for a contract position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves conducting instructor-led training programs for various user groups, including end users, business users, administrators, and operational teams, across enterprise applications and digital platforms. The consultant will be responsible for delivering training sessions independently in Arabic while coordinating effectively with English-speaking project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom, virtual, and workshop-based training sessions in both Arabic and English.
• Facilitate hands-on exercises and product demonstrations.
• Answer user questions and provide functional guidance.
• Support participant learning through practical use cases and walkthroughs.
• Review and customize training materials as required.
• Translate and explain technical and business concepts in Arabic.
• Prepare user guides, FAQs, quick reference documents, and training manuals.
• Ensure training content is delivered clearly and engagingly.
• Collaborate with project teams, SMEs, and business stakeholders to plan training activities.
• Participate in training scheduling and readiness activities.
• Gather participant feedback to support continuous improvement.

• Delivery of training in Arabic and English.

Reporting and Documentation

• Maintain attendance and participation records.
• Prepare comprehensive training completion reports.
• Provide feedback on user readiness and adoption levels.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience as an Arabic-speaking Trainer.
• Strong English communication skills are essential for stakeholder coordination.
• Demonstrated capability to deliver training sessions independently.

Compensation

Compensation for this contract role will be determined on a per day, per trainer, or per training session basis.
