Arabic Language Expert

About the Role

SME Careers, a subsidiary of SuperAnnotate, is seeking an Arabic Language Expert for a fully remote, hourly paid contract role in Saudi Arabia. This position offers flexible work-from-anywhere hours. The role involves contributing to AI data services by reviewing and generating high-quality bilingual training content in Arabic and English, directly supporting the improvement of premier AI models.

Role Overview

The Arabic Language Expert will evaluate AI-generated Arabic and English responses, focusing on reasoning quality and step-by-step problem-solving. This includes providing expert feedback to ensure AI models produce accurate, logical, and clearly explained answers. Responsibilities also involve assessing solutions for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to prompts, identifying methodological or conceptual errors, and fact-checking information. The expert will write high-quality explanations and model solutions demonstrating correct methods, and rate and compare multiple AI responses based on correctness and reasoning quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI Training Content: Create detailed prompts across various topics and generate responses to guide AI learning, ensuring models reflect a comprehensive understanding of diverse subjects.
• Optimize AI Performance: Evaluate and rank AI responses to enhance the model's accuracy, fluency, and contextual relevance.
• Ensure Model Integrity: Test AI models for potential inaccuracies or biases, validating their reliability across various use cases.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Language Proficiency: Minimum C1 English proficiency is required for all tasks.
• Ability to review and generate high-quality bilingual content in Arabic and English.

Work Arrangement

This is a contract position with hourly compensation. The role is fully remote, offering flexible work-from-anywhere hours. While there is no immediate project for this role, qualified candidates will be prioritized for relevant opportunities as they arise and will gain access to future projects within our expert network.
