Qiddiya is seeking a Senior Development Manager – Commercial Office to lead the development of commercial office projects within its master development. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires a professional capable of driving projects from their initial concept through to completion.

Role Overview

The Senior Development Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of commercial office developments. This role demands a strategic approach to commercial real estate, ensuring that all projects align with Qiddiya's overarching vision and established standards for quality and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full development lifecycle of commercial office projects, encompassing planning, design, construction, and final delivery.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to optimize project performance, profitability, and sustainability.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of development plans.
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies to inform project decisions and enhance commercial viability.
• Oversee budget management, scheduling, risk assessments, and quality control throughout all project phases.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and sustainability standards.
• Report regularly to senior leadership on project milestones, budget status, and potential risks or opportunities.
• Lead and mentor the development team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement to add value to Qiddiya's commercial office portfolio.
