About the Role

HRsource is seeking a Senior Finance Director for a high-growth technology client based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading the finance function, reporting directly to the CEO, and partnering with the Board and shareholders to guide the company through its next phase of growth. The position focuses on shaping corporate strategy, driving financial performance, securing capital, executing strategic acquisitions, and preparing the business for a future IPO.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic finance partner to the CEO, influencing business strategy and long-term value creation.
• Lead corporate financial strategy, capital allocation, and business planning.
• Provide financial insight to support growth, expansion, and investment decisions.
• Lead equity and debt fundraising initiatives with institutional investors, private equity, venture capital, and financial institutions.
• Develop investment materials, financial models, and business cases for investors and lenders.
• Manage relationships with shareholders, investors, banks, and external advisors.
• Lead the evaluation, valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and execution of acquisitions, investments, and strategic partnerships.
• Develop financial models and transaction structures; oversee post-acquisition integration and synergy realization.
• Lead the company's IPO readiness strategy, ensuring finance, governance, reporting, and internal controls meet public market standards.
• Coordinate with investment banks, legal advisors, auditors, and regulators throughout the listing process.
• Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, cash flow, financial reporting, tax, audit, and compliance.
• Ensure robust financial controls, governance, and compliance with IFRS and Saudi regulatory requirements.
• Optimize liquidity, working capital, and financial performance.
• Build and develop a high-performing finance organization.
• Drive finance transformation, automation, and process improvement.
• Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in corporate finance, capital markets, fundraising, and M&A.
• Experience within a fast-paced technology environment is required.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a finance function through growth phases.
• Proven track record in securing growth capital and executing strategic transactions.
• Experience in strengthening governance and optimizing financial performance.
• Ability to position a company for a successful IPO.

Success in the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for building a scalable finance function, securing growth capital, leading strategic transactions, strengthening governance, optimizing financial performance, and positioning the company for a successful IPO. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board.
