The Role of Senior FM Estimation Engineer

This full-time position involves a critical role in preparing accurate cost estimates and commercial proposals specifically for Facility Management (FM) services. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the bidding process, ensuring competitive and compliant submissions while identifying opportunities for cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and commercial proposals for Facility Management (FM) services.
• Review tender documents, specifications, and scope of work thoroughly.
• Conduct site visits and perform quantity take-offs as required for project assessment.
• Coordinate effectively with operations, procurement, and technical teams to develop competitive bids.
• Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations to ensure best value.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities while strictly ensuring compliance with client requirements.
• Support tender submissions and manage commercial clarifications throughout the process.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in estimation engineering, with a proven track record in Facility Management services. A strong understanding of cost estimation principles, tender processes, and project requirements is essential. The ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks is also required.

Work Environment and Location
