The Role

As a Senior FM Policies, Standards and Guidelines Engineer, you will contribute to establishing clear frameworks that ensure projects and assets align with defined facility management expectations and best practices. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, and involves shaping and improving the standards that guide facility management delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain facility management policies, standards, and technical guideline documents.
Review engineering submissions to ensure compliance with FM standards and best practices.
Provide technical guidance on FM governance, procedures, and operational standards.
Support audits and gap assessments related to facility management policy implementation.
Coordinate with various stakeholders to align FM requirements across different projects and assets.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, or a closely related field.
5-10 years of experience in facility management standards or engineering governance.
Strong knowledge of FM policies, compliance frameworks, and operational best practices.
Demonstrated experience in reviewing technical documents, engineering submissions, and audit findings.
Proven experience in producing technical written documentation for complex projects.
Experience coordinating with stakeholders across complex projects.

Work Environment

This role involves working across technical and stakeholder groups to support governance, strengthen compliance, and ensure that engineering and operational requirements are translated into practical, well-structured documentation.
