The Role of Senior Implementation & Support Specialist

As a Senior Implementation & Support Specialist, you will play a central role in leading system implementations and managing ongoing client requests for Ettesaq's enterprise solutions. This full-time position involves both managing new project rollouts and serving as the primary contact for technical support, system enhancements, and troubleshooting. The role requires a dual focus on project delivery and continuous client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full ERP implementation projects, from initial requirements gathering through to go-live.
• Analyze client requirements and configure ERP workflows to align with specific business needs.
• Deliver comprehensive client training and provide post-go-live onboarding support.
• Manage support tickets, addressing system issues, change requests, and user inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to resolve bugs and deliver system enhancements.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions, system configurations, and change logs.
• Cultivate strong client relationships to ensure the ongoing effectiveness and satisfaction with implemented systems.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring adherence to established deadlines and quality standards.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in system implementation and support roles.
• Demonstrated experience in leading full-cycle ERP implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of client requirements analysis and workflow configuration.
• Proficiency in technical support, troubleshooting, and managing change requests.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar enterprise platforms is a significant advantage.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards.
