Senior Integration Engineer

About the Role

Emdad By Elm is seeking a Senior Integration Engineer to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves supporting and monitoring integration services and APIs, troubleshooting connectivity and integration issues, and ensuring the overall availability, performance, and stability of these critical services.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and support integration services and API interfaces.
• Oversee integration activities between various systems and applications.
• Analyze and resolve issues related to connectivity, integration, authentication, and encryption.
• Implement and monitor change and update requests for integration services.
• Provide support for the launch of new services and updates.
• Coordinate effectively with application, network, infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams.
• Monitor incidents and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Monitor the performance and stability of all integration services.
• Document solutions and contribute to knowledge management.
• Participate in new projects as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in integration engineering or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to support and monitor complex integration services and APIs.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting connectivity and integration issues.
